General Terms And Conditions
In case of early departure or late arrival 90% of the room price will be charged! Changes and cancellations will only be accepted in written form. Cancellation fees according to the Austrian Hotel Regulations. Place of contract performance and payment is Seefeld. The court of Innsbruck shall have jurisdiction. The reservation is mandatory only after receipt of the deposit within the specified period. There is no compensation for not consumed meals!
Our cancellation conditions
- Until 3 days before arrival: Free cancellation possible
- 3 days to 1 day before arrival: 50% cancellation fee of the total price
- Cancellation within 24 hours before arrival: 90% cancellation fee of the total price
- In case of early departure 90% cancellation fee will be charged.
- About the cancellation fee you will receive a credit note – redeemable within one year in our house.
Special conditions for cancellations for bookings over Christmas/New Year’s Eve in the period from 22 December 2024 to 06 January 2025
- Until 1 month before arrival: Free cancellation possible
- 1 month before arrival : 50% cancellation fee of the total price
- 14 days before arrival : 70% cancellation fee of the total price
- 1 week before arrival or in case of early departure 90% cancellation fee will be charged.
- You will receive a credit note for the cancellation fee – to be redeemed within one year in our house.
Minimum stay and surcharges:
New Year’s Eve surcharge: € 50,- per adult (by all booked arrangements).
Minimum stay in the Christmas/New Year period: 28.12.24 – 02.01.25 for 5 nights
Minimum stay Carnival: 5 nights from 01.03.2025 bis 05.03.2025 with arrival day Friday, Saturday or Sunday
