279 km of perfectly groomed kilometers of cross-country trails in all levels of difficulty run through five locations in the Olympiaregion Seefeld. 154.3 kilometers of classic and 124.7 kilometers of skating trails inspire beginners and professionals.
The Olympiaregion Seefeld, twice the venue for the Nordic competitions at the Olympic Winter Games in 1964 and 1976, is considered the Mecca of cross-country skiing. Almost the entire world elite has already trained and competed here. This is not only due to the warm Tyrolean hospitality, the wonderful nature and the ideal climatic conditions, but also to the range of cross-country trails, which is constantly being expanded and improved.
Cross-country skiing for all skill levels
With 14 easy trails, 12 moderately difficult and 11 difficult ones, the Seefeld, Reith, Mösern, Leutasch and Scharnitz regions offer ideal conditions for every skill level. Regardless of whether you are out and about in a leisurely or extra sporty manner, the extensive and varied network of trails will inspire you.
If you haven’t had enough of the snowy landscapes in the evening, you can enjoy a 3 km long, illuminated night trail. It is open daily until 8 p.m., so nothing stands in the way of your cross-country skiing fun.
For all dog owners who are enthusiastic about cross-country skiing there is one of the few designated dog trails in Tyrol in the middle of Seefeld. Glide 2.5 km with your four-legged friend on one of the sunniest trails in the region.
With a length of around 14 km, cross-country skiers will find the largest trail in Unterleutasch. Also ideal for beginners, this round impresses with a special kind of nature experience.
Ambitious cross-country skiers are challenged with the C2 in the Tyrolean Karwendel, the Wildmoos trail and rewarded with exciting descents. It connects Seefeld with Wildmoos and has been well developed in recent years.
